Probate CLE: Requirements, Removals, Reinstatements, Oh My!
Judge Laura J. Gallagher and Chief Magistrate Heidi M. Koenig will discuss the requirements for filing the Notice of Probate of Will, inventories, and accounts, including applicable timelines, required forms, and proof of service. The presentation will also address recent and proposed changes aimed at compelling compliance with these requirements, as well as the steps to be taken when a fiduciary is removed for failure to comply.
The session will also include an overview of changes to the Civil Rules and Rules of Superintendence as they pertain to probate matters.
The Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education has approved this program for 1.5 hours of Self-Study General CLE credit.
