THAPAR, Circuit Judge. Derek Piersing and Domino’s Pizza disagree about whether he
should have to arbitrate his claims against the company. As in many arbitration cases, the
question here is who should resolve their dispute: an arbitrator or a court. The district court held
that an arbitrator should do so. We agree and affirm. |
